って人に尋ねられて答えられなかった・・・
の調べてメモメモ。
この単語、音だけ覚えてたらスペル間違っちゃいそうだなあ。

【measles】
an infectious illness in which you have a fever and small red spots on your face and body.
People often have measles when they are children.

 have measles / catch measles という使い方のようです。
風邪みたいだね。

↑へー、日本語でなんていうんだろうと思ったら、そのまま「ドイツ麻疹」で、
ドイツ麻疹＝風疹みたいです、どうやら。

Masern (pl)　「マゼアン」

「はしかにかかる」は
sich3 Masern holen (zu|ziehen)
というんだそうだ。ziehenは「引く」なのですが、日本語の「風邪をひく」の感覚ですかね。
